Jessi Johnson, President of VERICO Jessi Johnson Mortgage Team, is relatively new to the industry having only opened the doors to his business for a year and a half ago but already, this up and comer has developed a reputation as one of the biggest brokers in the virtual world and appears regularly in the media.

Nominated for four CMP awards, Jessi says that it’s all about creating the best experience for his clients.

“We take pride in our relationships with clients. Email is used as a tool to send documents and nothing more. All client questions and inquiries are followed up with detailed phone calls. Clients have the option of being met in person or dealt with on the phone. We offer easy to use online applications, phone applications or applications in person,” says Jessi.

“We also created a website for our clients to educated them on being more money savvy. www.ownyourlife.ca ended up becoming more popular than expected and is now open to the public.

Jessi believes that the cookie-cutter websites that most of his competitors buy out of a box are not effective.  “All my websites are customized and branded to my marketing. There is a big difference with custom sites.

“My 3 websites (www.firsthomeinfo.ca, www.jessijohnson.ca and www.ownyourlife.ca ) all have different content specializing in various topics.  From mortgage and real estate news to money management and first time home buyer information, I’m striving to provide resources for my clients as part of my overall customer service strategy.”

With over 14,000 followers on Twitter, 2,500 Facebook fans and 25,000 views of his video blogs, Jessi has turned social media into real leads that close.
